Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing.
