Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
