Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh okra, sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions:
