Ingredients:

  • 200g lạp xưởng (Chinese sausage), sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced lạp xưởng and sauté until they are browned and heated through, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with soy sauce and black pepper.
  4. Push the lạp xưởng to one side of the skillet and pour the egg mixture into the other side.
