Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
