Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
