Ingredients:

  • 4 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
