Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dried oregano.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
