Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
