Ingredients:

  • 4 Swai fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the Swai fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the mixture over both sides of the Swai fillets and place them in a baking dish.
