Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:
