Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
