Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped cauliflower and broccoli. Blanch for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the blanched cauliflower and broccoli to the cream mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
