Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for creaminess)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream (if using), garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked turkey sausage, diced bell peppers, and onion into the muffin tin cups.
