Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Extra butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the bread flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the oat milk, eggs, melted butter, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little extra butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
