Maple-Cayenne Glazed Salmon

This Maple-Cayenne Glazed Salmon combines the rich, buttery flavor of salmon with a sweet and spicy glaze made from pure maple syrup and a hint of cayenne pepper. The glaze caramelizes beautifully in the oven, creating a delightful texture and a flavor profile that balances sweetness with a kick. It’s a perfect dish for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion, and it’s both pescatarian and gluten-free.
