Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional for iced version)

Instructions:

  1. In your Vitamix, combine the matcha powder and hot water. Blend on high until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the Vitamix. Blend again until well combined and frothy.
