Ingredients:

  • 1 McChicken patty (breaded and fried)
  • 1 regular hamburger bun
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying, if needed)

Instructions:

  1. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the McChicken patty until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. While the patty is cooking, mix the mayonnaise with garlic powder and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Toast the hamburger bun in the same pan until lightly golden.
  5. Spread the garlic mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
