Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
