Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to make the yogurt sauce.
  5. Warm the whole wheat pitas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  6. Assemble the wraps by placing sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese in the pita. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
  7. Wrap the pita tightly and serve immediately.
