Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add diced chicken breast to the pot, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and cook until browned and cooked through.
