Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
