Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
