Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a zesty sauce.
  2. Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat and spread a generous amount of the yogurt sauce on each.
  3. Layer the mixed greens, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese evenly across the tortillas.
  4. Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll them up to ensure the filling stays inside.
  5. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra yogurt sauce on the side if desired.
