Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
