Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
