Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced cucumbers
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 cup grilled halloumi cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup tahini

Instructions:
