Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or penne)
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
