Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, oregano, and basil. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
  7. Top with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, olives, and sprinkle with feta and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
