Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Layer the sliced red onion, bell pepper, Kalamata olives, and baby spinach on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with dried oregano and garlic powder.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
