Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits (such as dates, apricots, and cranberries)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds and walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the mixed dried fruits and nuts. Pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped fruit and nut mixture with rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and nut butter until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly with a spatula.
