Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • 2 cups fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
