Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 chamomile tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1-2 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Instructions:
