Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken tenders
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 g fresh parsley, chopped
  • 10 g fresh thyme, chopped
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 3 g salt
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 30 ml olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add the olive oil, mixing well.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
