  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center of the wrapper.
