Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup au gratin potatoes (prepared)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cauliflower florets. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until bright and tender.
  5. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and serve it over the spaghetti noodles. Top with the teriyaki broccoli and cauliflower.
  7. Serve with a side of au gratin potatoes for a hearty meal.
