Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with butter and milk)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
  • Buns for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
