Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen chicken patties
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the frozen chicken patties and cook according to package instructions, until golden brown and heated through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  6. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Slice the cooked chicken patties and place on top of the pasta.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
