Ingredients:

  • 4 pork steaks
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
