Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. Place the pretzel crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
