Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften and turn golden, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the ground beef to the center. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch dry seasoning over the beef and vegetables, mixing well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
