Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and salt.
