Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and minced (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:
