  • 1 lb raw ground beef
  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Add the raw ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
