Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, diced carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
