Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the pizza sauce, cornstarch, fennel seed, oregano, and garlic powder. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the pre-made pizza crust.
