Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef tips
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
