Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and beaten egg.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
