  • 6 slices of day-old bread, torn into pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
