Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, cilantro, green onions, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sliced onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
